Some of our Latest Projects.... Among projects successfully completed by Snowden Flooring in 2007 was a 100,000m2 Distribution Centre for Tesco at Centreport, Goole.
Main Contractor Bowmer & Kirkland Ltd required design proposals for the warehouse floor and the metal decking upper floors.
Snowden’s solutions were a 185mm jointless steel fibre reinforced slab with a dry shake fibre suppressant topping for the warehouse, and a 130mm mesh reinforced slab for the deckings.
The warehouse slab of over 60,000m2 was constructed in 32 Laser Screed pours in under seven weeks. 12,000m3 of concrete and 400 tonnes of fibre reinforcement were used on this section of the project alone.
